Where we started

Wolf Brewing Company leans into a traditional European brewing style while combining West Coast creativity . Our brewmaster got his brewing start from Liverpool, England and it shines through in every brew!
The brewery offers a welcoming atmosphere in our cozy lounge, “The Wolf Den.” Here, customers can enjoy a variety of beers either inside or on the newly expanded dog friendly patio, complemented by a simple but delicious menu. We also offer a variety of other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Friday night ‘Picks n’ Pints’ music scene hosts a variety of local talented musicians and singers… you might even be lucky enough to catch our business partner, Canadian Country music star, Brett Kissel, sharing a few tunes or sitting at the bar engaging in a game of crib.

Meet Kev Ward.
Kev got his start in Liverpool, running and renovating restaurants and pubs, while brewing all over the English landscape.
​
Kev has always had an interest in brewing, starting with brewing wine and beer in his hometown with his mother.
Ater travelling the world, he began his tenure building up tired pubs while working for free with any brewer that would teach him. Kev learned the tools of the trade, and was able to use his service industry resourcefulness, and combine it with his brewing knowledge, move to Canada, and create a lineup of beers when he finally came to Wolf that carry English tradition with a West Coast twist.
